Do I need a Facebook Page?

Yes. You need to have a Facebook Page to connect Messenger. The Page will be the one that receives messages from your customers. If you don't have one, you can create it for free during the connection process.

Can I see who sent the message?

Yes. Each conversation shows the customer's name and profile picture. SendSeven keeps a full conversation history organized in your shared inbox so your team can see the complete context of every interaction.

What about chatbots and automation?

SendSeven supports Messenger's native quick reply buttons and structured messages. For advanced automation, you can use our API to build custom bots or integrate with third-party AI services like OpenAI or Dialogflow.

Is it free?
