Quick Replies — Reply Faster with Templates

Create reusable reply templates with variables and insert them with a shortcut — across all channels.

Quick replies are pre-written message templates that you save in SendSeven and reuse across conversations in your unified inbox. Each template can include variable placeholders like {{customer_name}} or {{order_id}} that auto-fill with real customer data. Instead of typing the same replies repeatedly, you type a shortcut (e.g., /thank-you) and the template instantly inserts and sends. This works across all channels — WhatsApp, Email, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and more.

Go to Settings > Quick Replies, click Create Quick Reply, enter your template text, and optionally add variable placeholders using {{variable_name}} syntax. Save the template and assign it a shortcut name.

Can I use variables in quick replies?

Yes. You can use variables like {{customer_name}}, {{order_id}}, {{company_name}}, and many others. These variables auto-fill with customer data when you insert the template.

How do I insert a quick reply in a conversation?

Type "/" in the message composer to open the shortcuts menu, then search for or select your template. The response will be inserted and variables auto-filled before sending.

Can I edit a quick reply after creating it?

Yes. Go to Settings > Quick Replies, click the template you want to edit, make your changes, and save. Updates apply to all future uses of that template.

Can I share templates with my team?

Yes. Quick replies are shared workspace-wide by default. All team members can access and use templates created by anyone in your workspace.

Do quick replies work across all channels?

Yes. You can use the same quick reply templates in WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, Email, and all other connected channels.

Is there a limit on the number of quick replies I can create?

No. You can create unlimited quick reply templates. There are no restrictions on the number of templates or the complexity of variables you use.
