How much does SendSeven cost?

SendSeven has four plans with a fixed base fee plus a message bundle: Basic EUR 49 (2,500 messages), Professional EUR 79 (2,500, full AI), Scale EUR 199 (10,000), and Enterprise EUR 499 (40,000). Overage runs EUR 0.02 to 0.01 per message. API Only starts at EUR 9/channel/month. 14-day free trial, no card required.

What is the base fee and what are the included messages?

Every plan has a fixed monthly price that already includes a message bundle (e.g. 2,500 on Basic, 40,000 on Enterprise). As long as you stay under that, you only pay the base fee. Only beyond that are you billed per message.

What happens if I exceed my bundle?

Beyond the bundle, you pay per message sent at your plan's message rate (Basic/Professional 2 Ct, Scale 1,5 Ct, Enterprise 1 Ct). One rate for service messages, AI queries, campaigns, and SMS. Email newsletters are billed separately.

Are inbound messages really free?

Yes. Replies from your customers never cost anything, on any plan. Only outgoing messages and AI queries are billed.

No. Every plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost. Whether you have 1 or 100 team members, the price depends only on your message volume.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. Every plan can be cancelled monthly, with no minimum contract term. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

What's the difference between Basic and Professional?

Basic is the starting point for inbox and campaigns. From Professional, the full platform unlocks: AI assistants & chatbots, Knowledge Base, Flow Builder, scheduled sending, auto-translation, and Custom Inboxes.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay your plan's fixed monthly base fee (which already includes a message bundle) plus one transparent per-message rate beyond it, the same rate for service messages, AI queries, campaigns, and SMS. No per-user or per-seat fees, no setup fees, no minimum contract. The only costs on top are billed at cost as separate line items: Meta's WhatsApp conversation fees (which Meta bills you directly) and per-country SMS carrier delivery (via prepaid credit). Email newsletters have their own low per-message rate.

Where is my data hosted, and is the AI GDPR-compliant?

SendSeven is built and hosted in the EU (Germany), and we are the GDPR data controller; your data sits on EU infrastructure. AI features run on Google Vertex AI in Frankfurt (europe-west3): prompts are not stored and are never used to train models, and AI is opt-in, off by default, with billing data never sent to it. Every plan includes a signed data-processing agreement (DPA), and we are a badged Meta Business Partner. Full details are in our privacy documentation.

Q: What do SMS and WhatsApp cost on top?

SMS is billed at your plan's message rate; the per-country delivery cost runs through your prepaid credit. Meta charges its own WhatsApp conversation fees and bills them directly. Both country tables are further up this page; the cost calculator lets you factor in both.
