Included in all SendSeven plans, with CSV export and configurable date ranges.

What metrics can I track with SendSeven Analytics?

SendSeven Analytics tracks message volume across all channels, campaign performance (delivery, opens, clicks, bounces), team response and resolution times, per-agent performance, AI bot resolution and escalation rates, link click analytics, subscriber growth, and opt-in/opt-out trends. Is the analytics dashboard available on all plans?

Yes, on every plan. Analytics is included from Basic (€49/month) through Professional , Scale , and Enterprise , and it's also part of API Only (from €9/channel/month) for developers who skip the rest of the UI. No add-on costs, no hidden tiers. Check our Pricing page for details.

Can I export analytics data?

Yes. You can export campaign recipient data as CSV for offline analysis. Filter by date range and status before exporting. Export buttons are available on campaign detail pages.

How does AI bot analytics work?

The AI Performance section tracks your bot's total actions, resolution rate (conversations fully handled by the bot), escalation rate (handed to humans), and confidence scores. This helps you identify gaps in your Knowledge Base and improve automated support.

Do I need to set up anything to start tracking?

No. Analytics start working automatically once your messaging channels are connected. There are no tracking codes to install, no configuration needed. Just connect your channels and data flows into the dashboard.

Can I track link clicks and URL performance?

Yes. The Link Performance section shows total tracked links, click counts per URL, and your top-performing links. Combined with the built-in URL shortener, you can create branded short links with automatic click tracking across all channels.

Can I see which ad started a WhatsApp conversation?

Yes. When a customer starts a chat from a click-to-WhatsApp ad, SendSeven shows the ad right inside the conversation, with headline, body, and thumbnail. The Analytics dashboard additionally shows how many conversations each ad started in the selected date range, split by Facebook and Instagram. The panel appears automatically once the first ad-driven chats come in; attribution applies from activation onward, there is no retroactive data.
